1. What data we collect

• Account: email and password (the password is stored only as a secure hash and is never kept in plain text).
• Links: the URLs you add for crawling and the date they were added.
• Crawl logs: which search bot visited your pages, when and from which IP (these are the bots' IPs, not yours).
• Technical data: the minimum required for the service to work (the login session).

2. Why we use it

Only to provide the service: queue your links, send them to search engines via official protocols (IndexNow, WebSub, sitemap) and show you which bots crawled them. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

3. Who we share with

• The URLs you add are sent to search engines (Microsoft Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver, Yep and others), which is the essence of the service.
• We do not sell your data to third parties and do not share your email or link list with anyone except the listed search engines as part of crawling.

4. Visibility of your links

Pages with your links are closed to indexing (noindex) and do not show the addresses publicly, only neutral signed redirect links. They are meant for search bots, not the general public.

5. Storage and deletion

Data is stored while your account is active. Completed links (after the required bots have crawled them) are removed from publication but remain in your history. You can request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as a hash. The dashboard is accessible only after signing in. Direct redirects are protected by a signature against guessing.

7. Cookies

We use only a technical session cookie needed to sign in to the dashboard. The service sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
